(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Science and Technology on Thursday hosted a seminar to introduce innovations in Japanese communications on science and technology to link the scientific community with society.

Nghiem Vu Khai, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, said communications campaigns should encourage scientists and focus more on their responsibilities in addition to policies to develop science and technology. The seminar encouraged Vietnamese scientists to use Japan’s innovations to raise the quality of Vietnam’s communications about science and technology.
