Vietnam keeps Covid-19 outbreak under control

(VOVWORLD) - The Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam is still under control, according to an online meeting held on Friday morning by the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and Chair of the Committee asked Ho Chi Minh City to effectively address the outbreak at Buddha bar in District 2. He also urged the Hanoi authorities to deal with the outbreak at Bach Mai hospital and prevent potential outbreaks.

The Committee asked the People’s Committees at all levels to coordinate with police forces and health sector to control the self-quarantine.
