(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Russia are set to step up cooperation in security personnel training. The agreement was reached on Tuesday at a meeting in Hanoi between visiting Alexander Belyakov, first Deputy Director of the Russian Federal Guard Service and Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang.

Quang thanked his Russian counterpart for sending delegations, sharing experience in safeguarding heads of state, and training security forces.
