Vietnam sees no COVID-19 community infections in 62 straight days

(VOVWORLD) - As of Tuesday, Vietnam had seen no new COVID-19 infections in the community for 62 consecutive days, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Of 1,202 confirmed patients, 1,069 have recovered and 35 have died.

COVID-19 infections have exceeded 47 million worldwide, and more than 1.2 million people have died from the coronavirus.
