The plan includes recommendations for establishing an inter-sector working group and organizing joint activities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is tasked with making sure its representative offices in the UK and other countries effectively carry out citizen protection measures, particularly for the victims of trafficking. It will also work with the Vietnamese agencies in cooperating with the UK to jointly investigate human trafficking cases and crack down on human trafficking networks.
