(VOVworld)- Vietnam has always treasured its strategic partnership with Germany. At a reception for Thomas Oppermann, the Parliamentary leader of the Social Democratic Party in Hanoi on Monday, the President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan said Germany is Vietnam’s biggest and most important partner in education, training, science, and technology.

The German leader said he hoped that the Vietnam-Germany strategic partnership would bring benefits for both countries in terms of economics, politics, education, and training. Mister Oppermann said the Vietnam-Germany University and the soon-to-be-established German Chamber of Commerce and Industry which have been established on the basis of mutual trust, would boost bilateral economic and investment cooperation.
