The Vietnamese team will now prepare for the FIVB Women’s Challenger Cup to be held in France next month. This is a tournament contested by eight national teams.
The AVC Challenge Cup, established in 2018 by the Asian Volleyball Confederation, is a competition held every two years for national women's teams.
The first two seasons were canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, the first tournament took place in Thailand and was won by Hong Kong (China).
