The awards celebrate the achievements of players and officials from ASEAN Football Federation members.

Vietnam national team and Hanoi FC attacking midfielder Quang Hai won the men’s Player of the Year while South Korean tactician Park was named Coach of the Year in the men’s category.

Vietnam were honored as the men's National Team of the Year.

Park, who led the Vietnamese national men's squad to lift the trophy at the AFF Cup 2018 said his award reflected the efforts of his players, adding that Vietnamese fans have been the source of motivation that has catapulted Vietnamese football to where it is today.
