(VOVworld)- The Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia (BIDC), a branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) on Sunday opened its 7^th branch in Mean Chey district, Phnom Penh. Ms. Uok Maly, Deputy Governor of the Cambodian National Bank, praised BIDC’s efforts to expand its network and help strengthen Cambodia’s finance and banking system. As of September, 2013, Vietnam had 126 investment projects in Cambodia with 3 billion USD total capital. Vietnam now ranks 5^th among foreign investors in Cambodia.
