Vietnamese century-old incense village shines in Belgian media

(VOVWORLD) -The incense-making village of Quang Phu Cau in Hanoi’s countryside, has been featured on the La Une channel of Belgium’s French-language broadcasting organization RTBF.

The January 25 televised program began by emphasizing the presence of beautiful photos in social media, leading viewers to explore the small Vietnamese village of captivating colors.

Every year, Quang Phu Cau village, adorned with thousands of incense sticks drying outdoors, attracts a diverse array of tourists from around the world. The incense village has vibrant colors thanks to thousands of incense sticks dried outdoors, suitable for checking in and taking photos.

The channel rounded off its program by underscoring the significance of this traditional craft village, where bamboo sticks are an indispensable part of the local culture.

Quang Phu Cau village in Ung Hoa district, about 35 km from the center of Hanoi, has a tradition of making incense sticks for more than 100 years.
