Organised by the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Thai conglomerate Central Group, the event is one of the activities marking the 40th anniversary of the Vietnam-Thailand diplomatic relationship.
Vietnamese companies attending the event include Binh Phu Interior Design, Minh Long Pottery, Sai Gon beer, Dien Quang electric bulb, Hoa Tho garments and textiles, Tam Lan tea, and Highland coffee.
This is the first Vietnamese Goods Week in Thailand and the 12th abroad. It’s a new attempt to bring Vietnamese goods to international customers. A representative of Central Group said the company wants to help Vietnamese enterprises export their products through its large distribution network.
