(VOVworld)- Vietnamese Minister of Defense General Ngo Xuan Lich will lead a high-ranking delegation to visit India from December 4 to 7 at the invitation of Indian Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar. During the visit, the two sides will discuss global and regional security issues and security in their respective countries. They will also seek ways to further promote bilateral defense ties.
