(VOVworld) – Vietnam opened its scientific and technology representative office in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on Saturday. Speaking at the opening ceremony, head of the office, Chu Quang Hoa said New South Wales has Australia’s 28 leading universities, adding that the opening of a Vietnam’s office here is to realize the Vietnamese government’s wish to make science and technology a key industry of Vietnam. Vietnam’s Ambassador to Australia Luong Thanh Nghi said the office will help foster Vietnam-Australia’s cooperation in science and technology.
