(VOVworld) - The Vietnamese government has approved an agreement on visa exemption for diplomatic and official passport holders from the Republic of Cyprus.

The agreement was signed by Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son and Cyprus Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides on September 11, 2015, during Mr. Son’s two-day visit to the Republic of Cyprus. The two sides agreed to increase delegation exchange, promote bilateral trade and investment, and encourage Vietnamese and Cyprus enterprises to cooperate.
