VN to engage in EU crisis management activities
(VOVWORLD) - VN and the EU will sign a Framework Participation Agreement (FPA) to establish Vietnam’s engagement in the EU’s crisis management activities.

The signing will take place during Vietnamese Minister of National Defence General Ngo Xuan Lich’s visit the European Union from Monday to Saturday. The Vietnamese delegation’s visit and the signing of the FPA are in line with the spirit of the EU-Vietnam Partnership and Cooperation Agreement.
