Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung clarifies National Assembly deputies' concerns

Nguyen Thi An, a voter from Tuy Loc commune, Yen Bai City, said: "We are very excited to learn of our country’s socio economic achievements in recent years, especially in poverty reduction. In our area, the local number of poor households has dropped dramatically, by 5% annually on average, and even 7% in mountainous areas. We hope for more support policies from the Party and State to help us further reduce poverty."
Voter Khuat Huu Han from Lai Chau City told VOV: "I’m very satisfied with the Ministers’ answers during the Q&A session, which clearly stated out what have been done and what has been not to meet voters’ demands. I’m impressed with Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang’s answers regarding road traffic development. We hope that the Ministry of Transport will consult the Party and Government to issue more policies to improve transportation in mountainous areas."
Voter Pham Thanh Noi from Tra Vinh province comments: "The National Assembly deputies have been very straight with their questions at the Q&A sessions. This is a significant improvement in their Q&A session. Questions help ministers to realize their shortcomings so that they can correct and better fulfill their tasks."
