The Premier said healthy competition is the key to cooperation and innovation, adding that the world needs to remove barriers to competition and cooperate on environmental strategies and international scientific exchange.

Li said AI must be people-centered, inclusive, and bring benefits for all. The world must work for good AI with good governance, and guide AI in a direction that is conducive to the progress of human civilization.
