(VOVworld) – On Thursday, the Party Central Committee's Commission for Communication and Education honored the best literary, art, and press works which have promoted the movement to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example. The awards, which were presented for the second time this year, honored 238 works in 14 categories including poetry, music, photography, and documentary film.

Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member and Head of the Commission, spoke at the ceremony: “Authors, artists, journalists, and communicators have created valuable works to promote the movement as part of the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive number 03 on following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example. Their works introduce exemplary groups and individuals who have performed good deeds for others to follow.”

Huynh asked for more encouragement and favorable conditions for authors and journalists promoting the “studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” movement.
