(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform Ms. Huynh Slyvia Ha (Ha Ngoc Huynh) about the ruling on the divorce case with Mr. Huynh Huu Thanh, born in 1989.

Pursuant to Paragraph 1 Article 56, Article 123 of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family; Article 28, Article 37, Paragraph 4 Article 147, Paragraph 1 Article 228, Point c Paragrpah 5 Article 477, Parapragh 1 and Paragraph 3 Article 479 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code;
In the trial Decision of Marriage and Family No.144/2020/HNGĐ-ST dated November 9, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: Mr. Huynh Huu Thanh and Ms. Huynh Slyvia Ha (Ha Ngoc Huynh) are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and debts: Parties confirmed that they have no children or shared asset and debts. Therefore, the court has no decision on these matters.
3. Court fee, Procedure fee, Judicial entrustment fee: Mr. Huynh Huu Thanh paid for the court fee, procedure fee, and judicial entrustment fee as described in Receipt No. 001101 dated June 14, 2019 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
4. Court decision announcement abroad: Mr. Huynh Huu Thanh volunteered to pay.
5. Right of appeal: Mr. Huynh Huu Thanh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. Huynh Slyvia Ha (Ha Ngoc Huynh) to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced.
