(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Nguyen Long Thanh about the ruling on the divorce case filed by Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy, born 1991.

In the trial Decision of Marriage and Family No.159/2020/HNGĐ-ST dated December 18, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: Mr. Nguyen Long Thanh and Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and debts: The parties confirmed that they have no children or shared asset and debts. Therefore, the court has no decision on these matters.
3. Court fee and other procedure fee: Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy already paid as described in Receipt No.001134 dated April 13, 2018 and Receipt No. 0003297 dated June 1, 2018, by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
4. Right of appeal: Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Nguyen Long Thanh to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
