(VOVWORLD) - The Dong Thap provincial People’s Court would like to inform Ly Chia about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau.
Mr. Ly Chia was born in 1971. His most recently known address is 582 Texas Dr, Lexington, NC 27295, USA.
In the trial Decree of Divorce No.31/2020/HNGD-ST dated December 15, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau and Mr. Ly Chia are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau has to pay 300,000 dong, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No.0000732 dated December 4, 2019 by the Dong Thap Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
3. Right of appeal: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Ly Chia to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 year after the decree is announced.
The appeal against the Court’s ruling should be submitted to the Ho Chi Minh city’s Higher People’s Court.
