In the Decree of Divorce No. 15/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated August 12, 2025, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

1.    Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. David Khanh Phung and Mrs. Ha Thi Bich Hanh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2.   Mrs. Ha Thi Bich Hanh is responsible for the translation fee and the judicial assistance fee. Mrs. Hanh has already paid.

3.   Court fee: Mrs. Ha Thi Bich Hanh has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000413 dated October 3, 2024 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Ha Thi Bich Hanh has already paid.

Mrs. Ha Thi Bich Hanh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. David Khanh Phung to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is one month after the decree is announced.
