(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien, Mr. Nguyen Quang Canh, and Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh on a dispute related to land use rights filed by Mr. Nguyen Gia Vinh Hiep.
Mr. Nguyen Gia Vinh Hiep was born in 1979. His current address is Residential area A, Thanh Hai ward, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.
The defendants include:
+ Mr. Nguyen Van Hoc, born in 1953. His current address is 342 W.Caravas Ave Hershey, pa 170033, USA.
+ Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoan, born in 1952. She resides at 47/16 Pham Thai Buong, Ward 4, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.
The 1st court hearing will take place at 08:00 (Vietnam time) on November 23, 2024.
The 2nd court hearing will take place at 08:00 (Vietnam time) on December 22, 2024.
Venue: The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court, 200 Pham Hung street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.
If there is no response from Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien, Mr. Nguyen Quang Canh, and Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh, the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
