The 1st court session will take place at 08:00 (Vietnam time) on July 2, 2020.
Venue: The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court’s headquarters, 16 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khang is absent at the first court session, a second trial will be held at 08:00 (Vietnam time) on August 3, 2020 at the same venue.
If there is no response from Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khang, the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
