In the Decree of Divorce No. 23/2020/HNGĐ-ST, dated August 3, 2020, the court’s judgements were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh shall pay a court fee of 300,000 VND, which was taken from the advance court fee she already paid as receipt No.0027396 dated June 14, 2019 at the Binh Thuan’s Department of Civil Judgment Execution.
Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khang has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 30 days after the decree is announced.
