(VOVWORLD) - The Hau Giang provincial People’s Court would like to inform Canadian citizen Nguyen Van Tri, born in 1960, on the divorce case with Mrs. Tran Thi My Nhu, born in 1969.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tri’s most recently known address is 2084 Dundas st, W. Toronto, Ont M6R 1W9, Canada.
Mrs. Tran Thi My Nhu lives at 10 hamlet, Vi Trung commune, Vi Thuy district, Hau Giang province, Vietnam.
The Hau Giang provincial People’s Court will hold the first trial at 07:30 a.m. (local time) on November 22, 2019. The second trial will be held at 07:30 a.m. (local time) on November 29, 2019 at 11A Vo Van Kiet street, ward 5, Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Nguyen Van Tri is not present at both trials, the Hau Giang provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
