(VOVWORLD) - The Quang Binh provincial People’s Court requests that Korean citizen Shin Min Jun, born on March 5, 1981, attend a trial on the divorce case with Vietnamese citizen Mrs. Hoang Thi Hien, born in 1991.
Mr. Shin Min Jun’s passport number is M24910647 issued by the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on June 9, 2010.
His most recently known address is no. 503 Junggok-dong Gwangjin-gu Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
Mrs. Hoang Thi Hien resides at Thanh Hai village, Nhan Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.
The court will begin at 08.00 am (local time), August 27, 2018 at the Quang Binh provincial People’s Court on Tran Quang Khai street, Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Shin Min Jun is not present at the first trial, a second trial will be held within 1 month since the first trial at the latest.
If Mr. Shin Min Jun is not present at both trials, the Quang Binh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
