Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Thoa was born in 1990. Her address is at Group 11, Giua Hamlet, Hiep Thanh Commune, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province.

The first public hearing will open at 09:00 am on March 26, 2025.

A second public hearing will open at 09:00 am on April 11, 2025.
