(VOVWORLD) - The Vinh Long provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Cao Van Loi of a dispute related to land use rights between Mr. Lam Van Loc (deceased) as the plaintiff and Ms. Cao Thi Hong Van as the defendant.
Mr. Cao Van Loi was born in 1943. His current address is 6220 SW 45th Ave, Portland, OR 97221, USA.
Mr. Lam Van Loc’s litigation rights and obligations will be succeeded by Ms. Phan Thi Loan. Her current address is 146/5/33 Trung Nu Vuong Street, Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.
Ms. Cao Thi Hong Van’s current address is 100 Tran Van On Street, Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.
The first public hearing on "asset inheritance, property ownership right, asset recovery claim, land use rights transfer, and request for cancellation of land use rights certificate" will begin at 08:00 am on April 08, 2025.
A second public hearing will begin at 08:00 am on April 24, 2025.
Venue: No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A Hamlet, Phuoc Hau Commune, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam.
The court requests that Mr. Cao Van Loi be present at the hearing at the above-mentioned time and venue.
In case Mr. Cao Van Loi is absent, the Vinh Long provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
