On June 14, 2018 the Thai Binh provincial People’s Court held a trial for the divorce case between Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh as the petitioner and Mr. Jo Jong Sik as the respondant.

Mr. Jo Jong Sik’s most recently known address is 496 Soju-ri, Jusan-myon, Buan-gun, Jeonrabuk-do, the Republic of Korea.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh lives in Tho Bi hamlet, Tan Hoa commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province, Vietnam.

In the Decree of Divorce (No. 21/2018/HNGD-ST) dated June 14, 2018, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

The court accepted Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh’s request to start legal proceedings against Jo Jong Sik.

1. Marital relationship:  It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh and Mr. Jo Jong Sik are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Right of appeal: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Jo Jong Sik to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 year after the decree is announced.

3. The Court also issued a ruling on the court fee.
