(VOVworld)- The Central Committee of the Vietnam Students’ Association held a ceremony in Hanoi on Wednesday to honor outstanding students who received “January Star” and “Good Student” awards in 2014. Among 100 recipients of the “January Star” award, 7 are from ethnic minority groups. They are students with outstanding academic results and are Youth Union Secretaries and Heads of Student Associations who have contributed significantly to youth and student movements. The “Good Student” title honors students with good academic results, good morality, good health, good general skills and good social skills. This is the 4^th year the Vietnam Students Association has presented the award at the central level.
