(VOVworld) – 3,000 youth union members and youths attended a ceremony to review the 2013 summer youth volunteer program in Hanoi on Sunday.

More than 20,000 young volunteers have taken part in the program, focusing on support for students during the time of university entrance examinations, charity activities, new rural development, and building a healthy lifestyle in rural areas. Deputy Secretary of Hanoi’s Youth Union Nguyen Anh Duong said: “Hanoi youth will soon begin an emulation campaign called I love Hanoi. Based on the results of the summer youth volunteer program, youth union members and students in Hanoi will continue to engage in activities to further improve youth movements in the city.”
