(VOVworld)-The constitutional amendment drafting committee has held a press briefing on the collection of public opinions on the process. Speaking at the meeting on Saturday, the committee head Phan Trung Ly said that the public consultation will gather opinions by Vietnamese people at home and abroad to promote people’s mastery and intellectual strength to ensure national consensus and determination. The consultation will begin on January 1 and end on March 31 next year. Opinions could be collected in written format, at discussion workshop, the national assembly website and the media. A live televised consultation workshop will open to ensure the implementation of the consultation nationwide.
