Vietnam aims to attract 13-14 billion USD of FDI this year
(VOVworld)-The Ministry of Planning and Investment expect to lure up to 14 billion US dollars of registered FDI capital this year, in which 11 billion are implemented capital.

To achieve the target, the ministry’s Foreign Investment Agency chief Do Nhat Hoang said that it will focus on the improvement of project quality and management efficiency from design, evaluation, approval to master planning. It will strengthen cooperation between central and local authorities in speeding up capital disbursement. The Ministry will issue specific plan to promote investment in each industry while raising technical barriers in line with international practices to prevent projects classified as not encouraged.
