Delegates said the Front has communicated and encouraged people to take part in the campaign, promoting the spirit of mutual assistance and reducing poverty. People are called to help each other develop their household economy, allocate land to build rural infrastructure, protect the environment, and ensure social order.

Nguyen Van Nam, Chairman of Nghi Xuan district’s People’s Committee in Ha Tinh province, said wherever there is people’s participation, the movement of building new rural areas will obtain remarkable results. He added people’s benefit should be put at the center. Mr. Nam added: “In Nghi Xuan, we have done several new things. We are devising a project on improving locals’ income, protecting the environment, and building a cultural space in rural areas. In our district, all hamlets are connected to the internet.”
