The Vietnamese Embassy in Soul and the South Korea – Vietnam Friendship Association held a party to mark this event on Friday. Vietnamese Ambassador Tran Trong Toan said the two countries have developed good relationship in politics, economics, national defense, socio-culture, education, and science and technology. The two countries raised their relations to comprehensive cooperative partnership in 2001 and strategic cooperative partnership in 2009. The strategic partnership has been practically promoted helping to enhance mutual understanding and people to people exchange.
