Minister Hoang urged for acceleration of communications activities to help businesses and people make full use of these free trade agreements: "A major content in the establishment of an ASEAN Community by the end of this year is to fulfill commitments on economics, trade, and investment, to make ASEAN cohesive in commodity market investment and prepare to allow ASEAN laborers to work in any country within the bloc.  Vietnam has been very active and responsible contributing to this effort. Vietnam is joining other ASEAN countries to complete tax procedures and one-stop-shop customs system and step up other necessary preparations for the establishment of an ASEAN Community."
