(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s answers to deputies’ queries at the sixth session of the 13th National Assembly on Thursday has received favorable attention from voters nationwide, who praised the Prime Minister’s frankness in clearing up emerging socio-economic issues.

Do Quang Tuan, who lives in Dong Da district, Hanoi, said the government leader outlined rather specific measures to deal with the current situation. He said he hopes these measures will be implemented effectively. Tuan said:

“The PM’s frank answers will be of value once they are practically implemented by various sectors, government agencies, and the entire political system. If they are realized, the final results will be the growth of the national economy and the improvement of people’s lives.”

Nguyen Anh Minh of Thai Binh province said the government has changed positively as can be seen in its answering deputies’ questions clearly and suggesting precise remedies. However, Minh said, the Prime Minister should clarify the responsibility of the heads of state management agencies and improve policies to attract qualified human resources. Minh shared his view: “I’m most concerned about valuing the country’s talents and making full use of them. It’s obvious that talented people are the ones who can put Party and government policies into practice. At present the appointment and organization of officials doesn’t take into account people’s talents. I think the government should have an open personnel policy to help the country develop.”
