The 2nd National Party Congress was attended by more than  200 delegates representing over 760,000 Party members across Indochina.

"It was the first national Party congress held in Vietnam and has remained the first national Party congress held outside Hanoi. Today, the Kim Binh historical site welcomes a steady flow of visitors who come to learn about and honor revolutionary traditions," Nguyen Van Hoa, Director of the Tuyen Quang provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism said.

The historical site, restored to its original setting, has become a  venue for educating revolutionary traditions and patriotism. It regularly hosts activities such as remembrance ceremonies, cultural exchanges, and experiential programs.

Last year, Tuyen Quang province welcomed over 2.6 million visitors, with nearly half coming to explore its revolutionary historical sites including Kim Binh commune in Chiem Hoa district.

"We have developed a tourism plan for the 2021-2025 period, with specific annual programs, including festivals and the reenactment of the customs and traditions of local ethnic communities," said Ha Thi Minh Quang, the district’s Vice Chairwoman.

In 2024, Kim Binh achieved or surpassed 11 out of 12 key socioeconomic development targets. Its status as an exemplary new rural commune has been maintained, with progress in culture, social affairs, healthcare, and education. Social welfare has been guaranteed and residents' living standards have significantly improved.

"Now we have paved roads and a health clinic. People's lives are much better. Children can go to school conveniently," said Ma Vinh Cao, a Kim Binh resident.

In 2025, Kim Binh will focus on economic restructuring and effective land use.

"Party members have taken the lead in restructuring agriculture and animal husbandry and are supported by villagers. We’re happy to see households’ income rising steadily," said Phan Thi Tinh, Party Secretary of Khuon Nhu hamlet.
