Ho Chi Minh City has seen strong economic growth so far this year, earning 126 million USD a day, nearly twice the projected daily revenue, thanks to efforts by local authorities to boost innovation, infrastructure, human resources, start-ups, and key local products.

Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said, "Department and agency leaders need to solve management problems and improve coordination of efforts to help businesses and individuals overcome their difficulties."
