More than 200 booths demonstrated 1,000 technologies including robots, 3D printers, organic waste treatment using bio-products, bio-product production in regenerating vegetation, and blockchain technology used in honey bee production in the central highlands. All the technologies are environment friendly. The event drew nearly 10,000 visitors. 16 businesses were honored for technological innovation and commercialization while more than 3,600 jobs were offered at a recruitment event.

Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Van Tung said the Ministry has worked closely with other ministries, sectors, and localities to promote technology transfer and innovation at technology fairs. These activities have expanded the technology market and driven economic growth: "We hope progress will be made in the transfer of research results and the application of technology in production and business activities. This will be the foundation for us to promote technology-based socio-economic development."

Technology Connectivity and Innovation Week 2020 is a venue connecting businesses and scientists, research institutes, universities, and international organizations and a meeting place of startups and investors. 15 cooperation agreements were signed on this occasion.
