Bilateral trade increased 21.9% to 50.2 billion USD in 2013, exceeding 50 billion USD for the first time. China is Vietnam’s biggest trade partner and 4th biggest consumer (after the EU, the US, and Japan). Hoang said this momentum will help Vietnam increase its exports to China this year.
He went on to say that trade promotion and two-way investment will be the focal point of this year.
