2025 Autumn Fair highlights Vietnamese cuisine

(VOVWORLD) - The “Hanoi Autumn Essence” food festival, which is taking place as part of the 2025 Autumn Fair, is divided into two areas called “Cheer Fest – Beer & Grill across borders” and “Around Vietnam”.

The food stalls of the “Around Vietnam” area showcase food specialties from Tuyen Quang in the far north to Ca Mau in the far south. Each stall highlights the local distinctive flavors and traditions. Traditional specialties are being served alongside newer dishes created by young chefs who are reimagining Vietnamese cuisine.

Mai Van Nhi, manager of the AstiPho 1992.75 booth, said: “Pho is a very familiar dish in Vietnam. Bringing to Hanoi a version of pho that’s both traditional and innovative makes us truly proud. Our signature product is Da Lat Artichoke Pho. What makes it special is that the pho noodles are made from red artichokes, giving them a beautiful pink color. The broth is simmered with artichoke stems and beef ribs, creating a sweet and healthful flavor that everyone can enjoy.”

The “Cheer Fest – Beer & Grill across borders” area creates an international vibe with German, Belgian, and Japanese-style grilled dishes paired with a variety of beers.
