3,850 patients discharged from HCM city hospitals, 3 intensive care centers inaugurated

(VOVWORLD) - 3,850 COVID-19 patients in Ho Chi Minh City were discharged from hospital on Wednesday, raising the total number of recoveries so far to 25,189, according to the city’s Center for Disease Control (HCDC).

The Health Ministry on Thursday decided to establish three intensive care centers in Ho Chi Minh City controlled by national hospitals in Hanoi and Thua Thien-Hue province to treat ill and severely ill patients, in addition to a 1,000-bed COVID-19 hospital run by Cho Ray hospital.
