(VNA) - ASEM Labour and Employment Ministers reaffirmed their political commitments to sustainable jobs in a Hanoi Declaration at the conclusion of their fourth conference on Thursday. In the document, the ministers stressed the importance of social security policies appropriate to each country’s priorities and conditions, labour safety and hygiene, and the improvement of corporate social responsibility.

Delegates stressed ASEM should increase dialogues and comprehensive cooperation with government agencies and social partners in building and implementing policies and programs for job creation, social security, and labour safety and hygiene.
