(VOVworld)- The capital city's first real estate fair will be held from October 19-21 and aims to create a bridge between traders and customers. The event is co-organized by the Viet Nam Real Estate Association, the Alliance of Real Estate Transaction Floors G5 and the Hanoi Real Estate Club. In a press conference in Hanoi on Saturday, the organizers said that more than 30 enterprises involving in real estate, construction, finance and banking would participate in the event and 50 real estate projects would be introduced. Huynh Minh Thanh, Deputy Director General of Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No 9 says: “This will be an opportunity for enterprises in the context of the gloomy real estate market. This will be playing ground for investors, customers and consultants to exchange and share experiences. Our company will introduce an apartment project in Long Bien and we will provide financial supports for customers who are interested in our project”.

A seminar on restoring trust in the real estate market and a property auction will be held within this event.
