(VOVworld) - The 1992 Constitutional Amendment Draft Committee opened its 8^th session in Hanoi on Thursday. Participants commented on the absorption of opinions to reflect on the constitutional amendment draft following the 5^th National Assembly session. National Assembly Deputy Chairman Uong Chu Luu said deputies have agreed on principles and fundamental issues of the political system and state regime. Although there were different views on the roles played by various economic sectors, local government organizational status and Constitutional Council issues. Deputy Chairman Luu called for more research and discussion to submit the most appropriate solution to the National Assembly.
