(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Sunday attended a ceremony to inaugurate the overpass at Nguyen Chi Thanh-Lang crossroad in Hanoi. Construction of the overpass began in May 2012. This is the 4th overpass in the capital city. With a total capital of about 15 million USD, the overpass is 31meter long, 16 meters wide and has 4 lanes. It has no restriction of vehicles’ loading capacity.
