Art program for disadvantaged children held
(VOVWORLD) - The 13th program called “Spring for you” to raise fund for disadvantaged children took place at the Hanoi Opera House on Sunday.
Over the past 12 years, the annual program has raised nearly 50 million USD to help more than 1 million children through several social security activities. Featuring three themes: the Voice of Children, Dream of Children, and the Right of Children, this year program celebrates the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Vietnam was the first country in Asia and second in the world to adopt the Convention in 1990.
