(VOVWORLD) - 450 representatives from 33 countries and territories will attend the Asia Golf Tourism Convention 2025 (AGTC 2025) in Da Nang from March 31 to April 5.

At the event co-organized by the Da Nang Department of Tourism and the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO), the Golf Tourism Awards will be announced, honoring exceptional golf courses and destinations chosen by international tour operators.
Da Nang will receive the Outstanding Contribution to Golf Tourism award for its significant impact on the global golf industry.
Tan Van Vuong, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, said: “Da Nang aims to showcase itself as a premier golf tourism destination with a world-class and professional ecosystem, reinforcing its position on the global golf tourism map. The city’s tourism development strategy for 2030 envisions Da Nang as a leading hub for golf tourism and services, making golf one of its signature tourism offerings."
